Turnaround times are based upon our current workload but typically range from 3-5 business days on average but can be up to 10-15 business days. We accept rush orders. Please inquire if you need your order rushed within 48-72 hours and we'll see if your request can be accommodated. All rush orders have an additional fee per listing.

We provide a 30-day replacement or refund guarantee. The guarantee is void if you change the listing name, primary cateogory, address or primary phone from what they were when the listing was delivered to you.
You will receive refund for each listing that could not be completed within a maximum time period of the 30 days from the date you submitted the order to us.
